Well I am officially 4 Months on the Carnivore Diet, 16 weeks has passed and I can’t believe it. See what I look like now and what changes I will make to improve my fat loss.

16 Weeks Later

Now what? I will continue on this amazing diet (modified of course). Now that I went through the initial phase, I do not mind at all adding veggies and other stuff here and there! It is quite amazing I must say. 4 months seemed like forever when I first started.

I will admit and say that I was a little hesitant to even start. I want to lose a few more pounds that I know. But I can honestly say this is the best I have looked in quite some time. 16 weeks on Carnivore almost seemed unheard of when I was reading about this amazing diet, but I am happy to say that I did!

The quarantine has everyone stuck at home and the gyms are all shut down, that STILL is NO REASON to be out of shape! See how my cousin and I start building a garage gym…How it was to deadlift after months of not…What happened? Do I still have my strength? and of course a FULL DAY OF EATING CHEAT MEAL!

Garage Gyms – Are they Worth it?

Of course they are! Unfortunately now that people realize they can get in shape a home, a lot of small gyms may shut down. So whether it’s a garage gym, home gym , basement gym or whatever you call it. This investment is definitely worth your time.

Staying in Shape During Quarantine

Just because the gyms are closed does not mean you can and should not work out. I really love the concept of a garage gym, pumping up 80’s and 90’s rap music while slamming weights. So breathtaking ;).

You can do so much in your own gym, trust me when I tell you this…there is limitless ways you stay in shape and or get in shape. Use your imagination you’ll be surprised.

This pandemic has got everyone going crazy! See what I eat all day and what I buy during my carnivore diet grocery haul! #weareinthistogether. Going grocery shopping has been quite a scary activity to do nowadays now with the possible 2020 meat shortage it’s even more frightening than ever!

You cannot go anywhere without being 6 feet apart, wearing a mask and wearing gloves. Your pockets, purses and cars are filled with hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, alcohol etc. SO what to do now? Only go to the store when needed. I know I am 100% guilty of overstocking food just in case, but I think it definitely is better to be safe than sorry.

What is Essential on the Carnivore Grocey Haul?

Meat of course lol.
