We can do a one on one Skype call/training session with everything you need to succeed. This program and workout will be tailored for you! You won’t have the same nutrition plan or workout plan as anyone else. An online personal trainer can keep you motivated 365 days of the year! Not only will you be in the comfort of your own home, but you can ensure you are away from crowds or potential harm and or germs! Another benefit is that you can be a complete beginner! No intimidation here! Just me guiding you through your fitness journey!

Diet Protocol

Carnivore Diet
I am a proponent of the Carnivore Diet, but different diets work for different people.

An 8 week custom diet is FREE of charge. Even if you decide to leave me before that, you can still have the diet! Use it as a template or continue to use it on your fitness journey. I know it’s hard to believe, right? Well believe it! Being your online trainer means a lot to me and I take my work very seriously. I am a person first and believe we can all work and succeed together.

What’s Included

You choose 1, 2, 3 or 10 Sessions. I recommend 3 times a week but this is all up to you!

EVERYTHING is CUSTOM to your needs and will include:

– Training/VIA Skype or FaceTime
– Diet Protocol
– Supplement Protocol
– Unlimited Email and Text Support

Follow Up

Remember following up is very important! As many of us know progress is what we are looking for. Even though we are communicating online this is a crucial step! Never forget to follow up!

Long Island Personal Trainer

If you are comfortable with meeting one on one (with a mask on), live on Long Island and being six feet apart if you wish, then one to one personal training sessions are also available. Safety is my number one priority, I have mask and hand sanitizer available for all clients if needed. I carry gloves and a thermometer with me as well. SO, if you ready for this challenge and live in Long Island. This is an option too!
